The NASCAR Cup Series waves the green flag on the 2024 season with Monday’s Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway.

Joey Logano will lead the field to the green flag after winning the Daytona 500 pole on Wednesday.

Rain and a definitive radar and forecast throughout Sunday triggered a postponement by NASCAR on Sunday morning, hours before the scheduled start time on Sunday afternoon.

Hendersonville’s Josh Berry will make his Cup Series full-time debut on Sunday as a rookie in the No. 4 Stewart-Haas Racing Ford, replacing retiring legend Kevin Harvick.
