The affected products, which are marketed as dietary supplements for infants up to one year of age, have lot number 234909 and their expiration date is December 2025.

The FDA said Nordic Naturals had taken “immediate action” by notifying distributors and retailers, as well as customers directly via email, to arrange for the return of the products.

The federal agency warned that customers who still have the product should stop using it immediately and return it to the place where it was purchased.
